MoCOM - Mobile Community is an Open Source Mobile Community script coded in PHP with the MySQL database.
The aim is to provide Bulletin Board, Chat, Messaging, and other services such as Image Galleries, Online Games, etc. over a WAP 1.0 (WML) interface.
This script will be released under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License.
Also, compared to the number of Web-Based scripts available for computer users, the WAP scripts pale in comparision, with almost little or no documentation, updates, mods or anything of the kind, and purely intended for personal use, or on a few sites, who manage to buy them. Thus, MoCOM's main purpose is to try and introduce an Open Source Mobile Community script into the WAP-World, where such scripts are almost non-existent.
